Hey there, it’s Brian, and I hope you’re having a rocking week! Last week, I talked about building teams, getting people in the right seats, and using tools like the “Who Not How” concept and the Six Types of Working Genius personality assessment. This week, I’ve been reflecting on where to go from there.
In my work with people, the first phase works internally, on one’s self and strengthening us and our relationship with God. This week, I had an incredible amount of coaching. I started off with Natalie Lavelock at World-Class Speaker Academy, where I got some great feedback as I’m considering pivoting my focus.
I also met with my regular life and business coach, Anthony Witt, who provides a solid Christian-based coaching experience. On Thursday, I had a session with Dan Woerheide, who helped me gain clarity on hearing from God, which was a challenge Natalie had given me.
I’ve also started reading Priscilla’s book, Hearing the Voice of God, which has been outstanding. Later, on Thursday, I had a powerful session with Liz Bull, who helped me with spiritual clearing and confirming God’s direction for my life. We dug deep and uncovered some childhood behaviors that still affect me today.
Finally, on Friday, I had a practice and testing session with Jase Souder at World-Class Speaking Academy, where we worked on our storytelling and ability to express ourselves while selling from stage.
Looking back, it’s amazing to see how much time I’ve invested in coaching for myself this week. It all culminated in some significant changes, and I’m excited for the phenomenal week ahead. Leah and I are joining Tony Robbins’ Unleash the Power Within event for four solid days, which will be the icing on the cake.
Having a vision, knowing where you’re going, and having the support of a coach, accountability group, and mastermind can help you connect with yourself, with the Lord, and create an abundance and impact beyond belief.
So get out there, make a difference, and be blessed!
