Last weeks post, Don’t Make Any New Year’s Resolutions, show’s itself in this moving video from a four year old.

The point is that making change is hard. Every big change you want in your life becomes a lasting change when you’ve done 10, 100, 1,000s of little changes and little goals along the way. These little changes come in many levels of difficulty and the small changes and goals. Some of these goals will be achieved and some won’t. It’s OK to miss but it isn’t OK to not know where you are going and stay the path. Knowing who you are now and who you want to be provides your key to success.

If you don’t have your key, take time today to start looking for your key. Find accountability–a friend who you trust and who knows you and begin connecting with them on a regular basis. Share with them the challenge of the pursuit of your key and with them define who you are and who you want to be, who you will be. Once you have invested in this relationship and your keys or even along the way, each of you should invite another into your partnership to form a group. Share your lives, your stories, your family, work, and business together. Explore your strengths, challenges; your gifts and needs. Together share your gifts and strengths to remove other’s challenges and needs.

Continue this expansion process to find those who will commit to meet and mutually share. Bring together a group of about 4-8 people and form your mastermind group for change and a better future.
